Ride for Dads

This is a ride for Prostate Cancer, on June 2nd 2012. We will be meeting at the hall around 7:30am and will be leaving at 8:00am sharp. You must be registered.  To do this you can go on line to the website Ride for Dads ( Grand River Run ).

You can down load and print off donation forms from the site (Make sure you state that you are riding with the Ontario Solidarity Riders team ). Get Lots of Donations so we can tally them up. You can also register at the Stampede coral on June 1. For more info see Chris Walter at the General Meeting

  Local 804's Annual Picnic

 The picnic date has been confirmed for Sunday July 8, 2012. Registration forms will be mailed out shortly and are being asked to me mailed back no later than June 8th. All members and immediate family welcome.

The horseshoe tournament will be starting at 1:00pm sharp! Lots of fun activities planned for the youngsters... Rides, games, horses, and of course door prizes! Come on out for a nice afternoon with the brothers and sisters!

VOLPE, Roberto Peter Peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Sunday, March 11, 2012, in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Jo-Anne Mason. Loved father of Thomas, Rory, Amy (Rob), and Natalie (Timothy). Loving "Bobbi" of Savannah, Kaitlyn, Alana, Darrius, Mason, Kyler and Kaylyn. Dear brother of Filomena (Gino) and Angelo (Wendy). Predeceased by his parents Settimio and Elia Volpe. Bob will be sadly missed by his co-workers and friends of Local 804 IBEW and his fellow Harley riders. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel of the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL , 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Ed Henhoeffer officiating. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. A tree will be planted in memory of Roberto P. Volpe in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 16, 2012 at 2:30 p.m.
